How to Live With Art

Shirley van Eyssen-Embry, Author, now Secretary of RDL -- has collected art since the '60s: including Souza, Picasso, du Fau, Gantner, Tain, Miro and Matisse.  Other pieces are kept for a house in Utopium Alpha and some in California for Utopium Beta; but those above are offered for sale, and to reward buyers in shares in RDL.  The remaining proceeds, will also be invested in RDL to launch the project to construct Utopium Alpha.

*Each share can be surrendered in lieu of payment of 1% of the price of a new house in Utopium Alpha, at the published price at the time of purchase.  If not surrendered, can be included in sale, gift or included in will of item purchased and with same rights transferred with it.  If profits are declared before the owner surrenders their share, owner will receive the abovementioned percentage of the declared profit for each share.

RDL's planned sales price of Utopium Alpha homes are to be 120% of the actual cost.  For Alpha houses, the planned price is £100,000.00, Betas £120,000.00 and Gammas £150,000.00.  Your saving on a purchase of a Gamma house, because of surrender of 10 shares, under these circumstances, would be 10% of £150,000.00 or £15,000.00.

If we can sell one of your art works, we will offer the same kind of reward above to the buyers, to induce them to buy it.  We will also give you back 50% of the selling price and the same kind of reward to you also.
