Chief Executive Officer and Executive Consultant of Real Div Ltd [RDL]. RDL is an Organizing Joint Venture Partner [OJVP], organizing up to 900 Joint Ventures [JV] to build 899 new cities, eg Utopia, for 50k people, each.  The people of a Utopia  can reduce CO2 emissions by 90%, ie 9 tons/ person/year.

Education

Two BS degrees -- BSME and BS in Naval Science &Tactics.  This last is the same degree granted graduates of the US Naval Academy at Annapolis (but in his case, in addition to a major in Naval Science and Tactics, additional majors in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Physics and Mathematics, and was commissioned in the US Naval Reserve in the upper 5% of all Naval Officers)  from the University of Texas  at Austin. Plus, post graduate study at the University of California (Berkeley) (Operations Research, Organization and Administration and Finance ) He was graduated in the upper 5% of the class of senior military and naval officers  at the Industrial College of the Armed Forces majoring in  Emergency Management of the National Economy, the equivalent, in contemporary terms, to Masters of Science in National Resources Strategy.
