Real Div Ltd's other new Microsoft Office Live Website is:  http://realdiv.tech.officelive.com/default.aspx .   We are trying to migrate from the website you are now viewing, to this new one, with more up to date information.  So far this has proven to  be very unreliable.  For you, most of the time,  you can reach the site.  If not, please try again.  Meanwhile, we will try to maintain this site as well, and keep it also as up to date as possible.

News Item 2

Real Div Ltd [RDL] has decided to recruit firms and individuals as candidates who wish to act as Joint Venture Brokers [JVBs], starting within the next two or three months.  The Joint Venture Partners [JVP] we need will join RDL in building the four major projects over the next 22 years, as described below. The JVBs we select would be expected initially to be engaged in organizing those JVPs, over the next couple of years. But, probably, to continue in whatever field they wish, after that. If you are interested in being a JVB, please contact us as soon as possible.

News Item 3

RDL's secretary, Shirley van Eyssen-Embry, is developing new technology to arrange for groups of passenger carrying, pilotless autogyros (with autopilots) to travel in flocks, like flights of migratory birds.  They would take off in groups, travel safely, in flocks, or even groups of flocks, all under the control of one pilotless Mother Hawk, then split off individually to land where they wish, when they have arrived near to their pre-arranged destination.  If you have ideas to contribute, or want to join her in this project, please contact us as soon as possible.

Carefull attention to behaviour of birds can be very instructive.  There have even been a few ornithopters, aircraft that flap their wings. But, not competative with autogyros. Our design for Gavin Hawks, do carry wings to provide lift at high speeds, after rotors are stopped from rotating.  This is much more efficient at speed.  For even higher speed, like some airplanes, reducing the size of the wings and tapering back can be even more efficient and allow higher speeds possible.  Hawks do this to attack, then apparently extend their wings again to brake, to avoid collision.  (That is what Shirley wents to do! High speed without collision, just like the Grand Prix drivers hope for.)  BTW: Flying on Flexible Wings appears on page 64 of Scientific American , November 2003. The Wright Brothers dabbled briefly with flexible wings but the idea went our of fashion for exactly 100 years (except by birds) until interest was rekindled, as an aeroelastic wing [AAW], by NASA, targeted for reintroduction by 2030.

This is our headquarters until we have located the land for our next Project, near the Ebbsfleet International Terminal.  We are looking for four square miles of contiguous acres to build a completely new walled city, with homes for 50,000 people and 1500 businesses.  The city will be Zero-CO2, and the pilot project for 898 more new cities in all six Continents. We plan to start construction in early 2009 and complete the first one in 2010.  It will be modeled on the Masdar Initiative near Abu Dhabi by Baron Norman Foster. See:

The name of our first new city is: Utopium Alpha, to start construction in 2009 and finish in 2010.

One change in Utopium Alpha is that desalination of sea water is not required in the UK.  However, the facilities to use solar (and wind and tidal) energy to generate electricity for  construction and homes, businesses and industrial plants, after that, are similar. But, producing hydrogen by electrolyzing water using electricity produced from solar and wind energy, will be added.  We will use hydrogen fuel cells to generate electricity at night and on clouded (or windless) days for houses, and various vehicles, including autogyros, off site.

The next Utopia will be Utopium Beta, near La Jolla, CA, USA, started in 2010 and finished in 2012.  Most likely we do not need desalination yet, either.  We will also try to get access to the Zero-CO2 generated electricity from the solar energy plants in the Mohave Desert, rather than building our own, for the city and to generate hydrogen.  Northrop Grumman is in San Diego too, which is helpful to work on Mother Hawks to keep Gavin Hawks (autogyros) flying over Southern California, rather than building more freeways ... and hydrogen service stations.

Obviously, we will emphasize autogyros and Zero-CO2 trains, for off site travel and transport, instead of airlines  and roads.  We need the collaboration of designers and experts for autogyros and hydrogen fuel cells, for example, to stop (or radically reduce) the loads on airports, airlines and roads, which use fossil fuels to build and operate.

If you are interested in our project, to build a) Utopium Alpha or Beta, b) autogyros, c) hydrogen fuel cells, or d) electrolysis of water to generate hydrogen, anything e) with respect to joining our Joint Venture, or f) living or working in Utopium Alpha or Beta, please contact us by using the "Feedback" button below, or directly  on:

Our company is Real Div Ltd [RDL]. RDL is the Organizing Joint Venture Partner [OJVP], working on designing projects and choosing Joint Venture Partners [JVP]. If you want to be considered, please contact us.  RDL is also the Managing Joint Venture Partner [MJVP] for 1) building Utopium Alpha, 2) designing Gavin autogyros and Mother Hawks, water electrolysis systems to produce hydrogen and producing hydrogen fuel cells to support Zero-CO2 construction of Utopium Alpha and 4) Zero-CO2 homes, businesses, industrial plants, on-site and off-site travel and transportation systems.
